Prior to joining the firm, Alex served as an Operating Partner in the hospitality industry, where he managed complex operations and focused on delivering exceptional client experiences. His experience in hospitality strengthened his ability to anticipate client needs, communicate effectively, and provide a high level of personalized service.

Alex also has experience in the insurance industry as a Benefits Consultant, where he worked with individuals and businesses in connection with employee benefits and insurance solutions. This experience further developed his understanding of insurance planning considerations and the importance of aligning coverage with each client’s individual circumstances and priorities.

At Maverick Thomas Capital, Alex supports the firm’s insurance and client service efforts, helping clients navigate insurance-related needs while working alongside the firm’s advisory team as part of the broader client relationship.
