THREE PILLARS
THREE PILLARS
THREE PILLARS One purpose.
At Maverick Thomas Capital, Strategic Thinking, Independence, and Accountability are more than guiding principles—they shape how we invest, how we advise, and how we build long-term client relationships.
Strategic Thinking
We believe thoughtful investment decisions begin with a defined process. Rather than allowing short-term market movements or emotion to dictate decisions, we evaluate investments within the context of each client’s objectives, time horizon, risk tolerance, and overall financial plan.
Our investment process provides a framework for portfolio construction, ongoing risk evaluation, and adjustments as market conditions and client circumstances evolve. The goal is not to predict every market movement, but to make thoughtful, disciplined decisions with a clear purpose.
Independent
Maverick Thomas Capital is an independently owned investment advisory firm and is not owned by a bank, insurance company, or broker-dealer. We do not offer proprietary investment products.
As an investment adviser, we have a fiduciary duty to act in our clients’ best interest with respect to the advice we provide under our advisory agreements. Our recommendations are developed based on each client’s individual circumstances, objectives, and financial needs.
Certain members of our team are also separately licensed insurance professionals and may receive insurance-related compensation. These activities and related conflicts of interest are described in our Important Disclosures and Form ADV Part 2A.
Accountability
We believe a financial strategy is most valuable when it is accompanied by ongoing communication and follow-through. Our role extends beyond developing recommendations—we work with clients over time to evaluate progress, address changes in their financial lives, and keep their strategy aligned with their long-term objectives.
Through periodic reviews, proactive communication, and ongoing guidance, we help clients stay informed and make thoughtful financial decisions as their needs, priorities, and circumstances evolve.
